<p>Wow, it&#8217;s the end of the year. I just asked myself what I should be doing, and the first thing that came to mind was blogging. I want to remember leaving 2009, but I also wanted to share some cool tips on how to get stuff done (faster).</p>
<h2><strong>1) Trick Your Mind</strong></h2>
<h5>o You can do this by saying &#8220;I&#8217;m just going to work on this project for 10 minutes.&#8221;</h5>
<p><strong><em>(There&#8217;s a big resistance to getting started, but the rest is usually gravy.)</em></strong></p>
<h2>2) Visualization (Not Hokey! It actually creates a chemical reaction in your body!)</h2>
<h5>o First visualize yourself doing the project and doing it well.</h5>
<p><em><strong>(Also visualize your worse case scenario and rehearse in your head how you would overcome it on this step.)</strong></em></p>
<h5>o Then visualize yourself hitting specific targets or goals within the project.</h5>
<h5>o Lastly visualize yourself finishing your project and the results of having completed it.</h5>
<h2>3) Speak Well of Yourself to Yourself</h2>
<h5>o Monitor your self-talk (those negative thoughts and things you say to yourself under your breath).</h5>
<h5>o Make it a point to say good things about yourself because your thoughts create your reality.</h5>
<h5>o Intentionally practice speaking positive things as you are working on your project.</h5>
<p><em><strong>(For example if you feel like you don&#8217;t have what it takes say, &#8220;I know I can do this.&#8221; or &#8220;If&#8230;can do this so can I.&#8221; and do use the present tense and words that move you towards achievement.)</strong></em></p>
<h3><span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);">IF YOU REMEMBER NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS POST REMEMBER IF YOU DO NOT ENCOURAGE YOURSELF YOU WILL NOT ACHIEVE AS MUCH AS YOU DESIRE OR HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH!</span></h3>
